An end-to-end industrial simulation framework integrating a **Siemens S7-1500 PLC** (configured via Siemens TIA Portal) with a deep learning **MobileNetV2** computer vision neural network. The system performs real-time multi-class workpiece sorting with **96% classification accuracy**, communicating directly between Python scripts and the PLC to actuate high-speed conveyers, pneumatic pushers, and robotic diverters simulated inside Factory I/O.
